Each Felicity Jane kit includes exclusive, coordinating flair buttons that are just adorable. I've got quite a collection growing here, and it suddenly occurred to me that I could find a way to enjoy seeing them every day.
This dry-erase calendar hangs in my office, right across my workspace, so I'm constantly glancing up and getting a feel for where I sit in the current month. It used to hang in our kitchen and track our family's activities, but now in the office I've decided to primarily track my creative projects and deadlines. It's all white, pretty bland, and these colorful little flair magnets bring cheer to my otherwise solely functional calendar.
I chose a few of my favorite patterns, and simply adhered them to an existing, flat magnet using some Sticky Thumb sticky dots from American crafts. That's it! The whole process took less than 2 minutes, and I'm pleased with the tiny pops of color on my whiteboard. They're currently holding this photo of my daughter and husband and a little card I'd started making with the Chloe kit that I don't want to forget to use in my projects in this month.
Flair magnets aren't a NEW idea, exactly, but hopefully just another idea to keep you thinking outside the box and "off the page" with your Felicity Jane kit!
