I love that the Felicity Jane kits comes with a sheet of cut apart cards that you can use in your pocket page albums. Since I am a traditional scrapbooker and a pocket page scrapbooker, I really feel like I get the most bang for my buck with these kits.
Here is a look at my week 40
I like that this spread has a calm feeling to it because of all the white space, but because of the small pops of color it still feels fresh and fun. I ended up using a combination of the cut apart 3x4 cards and also some of the patterned paper.
For one of the pockets I took several of the different labels and banners and lined them up on a plain white card. I added some journaling to a couple of the labels, and stamped on a couple others. I really love how it turned out.
Another one of my favorite cards is the one I made using a stamp set from a previous kit. It's a super simple card that has a "reasons to smile" stamped image at the top and then several stamped lines. I quickly wrote down a few things that are making me smile right now. I love documenting little bits of life like this.
