Good Morning! It's Alexes here and I'm back with a fun little Off The Page project to share with you!
I'm not going to lie, I really love to make little projects with paper that aren't necessarily a scrapbook page! My mind needs a lot of variety so that I don't get bored, so I relish the opportunity to make fun projects such as this one!
I don't know about you but throughout my day I find myself needing a place to write things down like quotes I'v heard, grocery lists or even appointments. I'm always scrambling to find a piece of paper or a receipt for these notes so I decided it was finally time to make myself a little notebook that I can carry around in my purse!
The papers, embellishments and add-ons from the Tuesday and Something Sweet kits were perfect for such a project!
One of my very favorite products in this month's add ons is the Maggie Holmes Bloom ephemera set! I love all of those pretty paper flowers and I think they add the most feminine and beautiful touches to any project!
Those black puffy phrase stickers from the main kit look good anywhere and I love adding them straight on top of my layered embellishments!
Glittered foliage?? Need I say more!?
These books were a cinch to make! I just cut my patterned paper to 6x8 and then cut white printer paper to 5.75x7.75 and then used my sewing machine to bind them together! I even left the top thread long so it could be used for a bookmark!
Thanks again for stopping by and be sure to come back soon for daily inspiration!
