Happy Moments | Banning Lane

Hey, it's Dannielle here and I have got another layout to share with you all today.

I love everything about this layout, but my absolute favorite part is the sunny yellow polka dot border!! It just makes me smile almost as much as this cute picture of my daughter and nephew!

The "Tuesday" kit came with some really great puffy stickers. As I was looking them over I spotted the perfect title for my layout. This particular happy moment is one that doesn't happen very often so it is an extra special happy moment.

I kept my embellishments real simple. I created just one small cluster using a couple of those pretty flowers and a black ampersand. I thought about creating a couple more clusters with those pink flowers to my layout (and if I had enough I probably would have) but having one simple cluster is fine with me!

For some added texture I decided to add little strips of journaling versus typing directly onto my background paper. For even more texture I also used my sewing machine to sew a simple stitch around my entire layout.
