Do you ever open your kit and see a product that you know what you want to do with it right away? That happened with the yellow scalloped patterned paper for me. It reminded me of a curtain at the theater. We have been to several plays lately, so I knew it would be used to document one of those experiences.
As you can see, I cut the scalloped stitch paper into curtains and they frame the photos, title, and journaling on my layout.
There were some little circle stamps that said "play" on the stamp set included in the May kit and I love that they can take on a bit of a different meaning than intended for this page. I stamped and punched out a few and sprinkled them in with some sequins that I threw around.
The title uses the yellow puffy stickers from the kit + the polka dot alphabet stickers from last month's kit, which are available for separate purchase in the FJ shop.
If you want to see how the whole layout came together, you can watch my process video below.
I challenge you to take inspiration from your products or your photos and to create an interesting design that you wouldn't normally. Happy crafting!
