12x12 Pocket Page | Tina Stepanova
Hello everyone,
It's Tina! And today is a mix and match Monday, when we are creating projects using products from different kits. For my 12x12 pocket page I decided to mix the beautiful Grace collection mostly with the Jaimee one.
As I usually do, when working on a Project Life album, I started by choosing pattern paper and journaling cards that match most to my photos. Then I trimmed the pattern paper to 4x6 inches and decided where to place all the cards and photos on the layout.
I'm so fond of this month's stamp set with its versatile sentiments that I was sure I would add them to my page. So I decided to combine the "this is what ... looks like" stamp with the "today" one and added a cute black and white frame from the Harper collection.
After that I trimmed a 3x4 Grace journaling card with a quote and adhered a piece of floral paper at the top. I thought that for such a small card smaller flowers would look nicer than big ones, so I cut that piece of paper out of the Grace paper pad packaging. In the end I fussy cut two 3 inch scallop borders out of the mint and green solid papers from the Grace and Jaimee kits and adhered the borders to the journaling card.
For the next card I combined a polka dot puffy heart sticker with the cute "this" green chipboard and added a floral die cut shape underneath them.
On the last 4x6 card of the page I added my journaling, printed and trimmed to a few strips. Then I used that awesome pattern paper with labels to fussy cut a light green one, stamped the date on it and added a few of the embellishments.
That's all! I really like how quickly this pocket page came together and how easy it was to mix different Felicity Jane collections together. Thank you for stopping by! Until next time!
