Subscriber Spotlight

Happy Friday Y'all! We are really excited to be sharing these beautiful layouts from a few of the Felicity Jane Subscribers and we asked them a few questions to help us get to know them a little better. Be inspired!!!!

First up is Elsie Robinson with a detailed stitched 12x12 layout...

1. When and/or Why did you start scrapbooking?

I started towards the end of last year, so I guess that makes me somewhat of a newbie to this scrappy world! I started Project Life, because I hated that all of my photos were stored on a computer. Then after watching some process videos on YouTube, I decided to give 12x12 layouts a go, and I haven't looked back. I also purchased my first Felicity Jane kit around that time...Best decision ever! I'm such a FJ fan girl!

2. What motivates you to create?

I honestly think I have too many ideas in my head to not do anything about them, so that really helps keep the creative mojo going. I also love how scrapbooking allows me to experiment with different techniques, ideas, and products. But perhaps most importantly: pretty papers...Pretty papers are very motivational!

3. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

I'm desperate to swim in The Great Barrier Reef. I've always joked that if I was a mythical creature I would definitely be a mermaid. I love nothing better than being in or near the ocean; I'm a complete water-baby!

Next up is Maria Nguyen sharing a 6x8 layout...

1. When and/or Why did you start scrapbooking?

I started scrapbooking after I got married. I wanted to find a way to store my photos, cards, and also somewhere I could journal this milestone in my life. My friend invited me to a scrapbooking party and from that time on I was hooked on pretty papers, stickers, and punches. (Next month we will be celebrating our 19th Anniversary).

2. What motivates you to create?

My family, especially my daughter. I want to create a keepsake of our lives together for them to remember the big and little moments that make us who we are. Memories that can be carried on throughout lifetimes.

3. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

I would love to take a trip to Italy. Take an Italy food tour throughout Rome, visit th cathedrals and take a boat ride on the Grand Canal in Venice.

and last, but certainly not least, Irit Landgraf is sharing a bit about her and a lovely 12x12 mixed media layout...

1. When and/or why did you start scrapbooking?

I started scrapbooking in 2011. We had just moved to Austria. I discovered 12x12 scrapbooking online and fell in love with it!

2. What motivates you to create?

I love playing with pretty papers and mixed media. Scrapbooking is me channeling my creative energy onto memory keeping in a visually appealing way. I find the beauty of the Felicity Jane kits makes my process a lot smoother, and pure fun!

 3. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

I have wanderlust in my blood, and prior to having children I used every opportunity to travel. My favorite country to visit is Italy, my favorite city is London, but at this moment, I wish I could take my 6 year old to Disneyland!
