"Hello Life" Layout | Jessy Christopher

Absolutely adore the colours in the FJ May "Note To Self" kit. The colours some how reminded me of party / celebration. With that in mind, I decided to create a layout that celebrates life. In an instant, I knew I have to scrap a photo of my baby girl's ultrasound photos. We so can't wait to meet her & to welcome her into our world soon! 

To begin, I will always pick a photo & slowly work my way with the papers + embellishments. I love going with the flow & let the products lead me. Once I'm happy with the composition & the placement of my products, then I will adhere them down so I will forget. Sometimes, I will use my phone to take a photo, so I will remember the positioning too and not mess things up. 

Layering has always been one of my fav techniques. It makes my layout looks "fuller" too. 

Adding little details like stamping will create interest to my layout as well. Just love the Note To Self stamp set, lots of fun sentiments!
