Danielle here, sharing a jazzed-up notebook for 2020 made with the Madison kit + some friends!
I can’t stop playing with all the gorgeous things in the kit this month, but I might have got a tad carried away with my mini envelope book because I’ve nearly used up all my alphas *the horror*
I wanted to start January on a positive footing so came up with a few resolutions to keep going through-out the year. I though it would be a good idea to pop them in a notebook, that way each month I could check in and see how I was getting on.
I used the gorgeous Madison A5 Window Pane Notebook as my base and went to work adding some cute washi and embellishments to the front of my book – I couldn’t resist! Haha
Inside the notebook I added the large ‘January’ card from the Madison kit along with one of the vellum pockets to list some specific goals for the year on a journal card. I backed the page with the soft pink bitty floral paper.
On the right-hand page I decided to add some simple stamps and paint splashes to create a clean look. I added a cute photo of myself blowing bubbles and a little washi cluster at the top right of the page. After that, I just needed to add my Top 3 goals for the year:
1. Drink more water
2. Heal (my One Little Word for the year)
3. Trust
I’m hoping to add to this notebook each month with a little top up of how I’m getting on and also maybe include some new lists along with my favourite photo of the month. By the end of the year this will become a sort of highlights book of 2020.
