Hi everyone!
Ulli here with some birthday pocket pages with the super cute Annie birthday collection. In August I made a TN spread with these papers and embellishments, but in my pocket page album I always want to keep much more pictures and so I’ve created four double pages of the 6th birthday of our little girl last year. The colors of the Annie Collection match perfectly and so I had a blast filling these pockets.
I will go through all these double pages with you and will tell you how I’ve created them.
For my first page I’ve used a big 6 x 8 inch picture on the left side and decorated it with the super sweet washi strip in Aqua. I’ve used the Annie Puffy Alphabet Stickers and the colorful and cute Confetti Puffy Alphabet Stickers to add the title "It’s your day" on this page. On the right side I’ve used two pictures which I cut to 3x4 inches, the mint Annie Journaling card with the squared paper and a white card 3x4 inches in size. I make my white cards always with the FJ Essentials White Cardstock. I added on the white card a picture in a circle shape of 1 1/2 inches on the adorable floral tag from the Annie Die Cut Shapes. I’ve used the stamp set from last years Tori collection and stamped around the picture "It’s your special day". I also used the tag with the black dots and glued it under my picture on the mint card. I’ve decorated it with a Jenny Word Sticker and the pink Annie die cut with the heart.
For this page I used a 4x6 inch picture and cut it into two pictures of 3x4 inches. Then I punched out two circle pictures and added it on a white 3x4 inch card. The circles are 2 inches and 1 1/2 inches. I used the Confetti Puffy Alphabet to add the word "gifts" and the red arrow on the bigger picture. I used the yellow plaid card from the Annie collection and added a picture with a pinkish mini wide paper clip on it. I added the ampersand die cut in the middle of the picture border.
On the right side I added two pictures in the size 3x4 inches. I added the washi strip in pink on the picture with the cookies on the right border . I used two more Annie journaling cards to put them in the other pockets. I really love the card with the words "The Good Life" on it. The white card with the yellow diagonal stripes I’ve used to add a picture from the unicorn cups from the birthday table and added the words "unicorn party" over it. I’ve used the Confetti Alphabet with the Ginny Alphabet in combination and I really love how they are matching together. They are the same font and have a perfect size to add them in pocket pages.
For my third page I cut two pictures to 3x4 inches again. I used a circle punch to punch a semi circle on the top of one picture and added hidden journaling behind it. I used the Annie journaling card with the lines and hearts and added an eyelet in aqua on the top and a yellow ribbon with two knots. I used the journaling cards with the daisies and the lemons and added pictures on them. For the one with the lemons I cut a little white piece of cardstock to make a little frame for the picture and added the picture on it. I used the Jenny Word Stickers and the Ginny Puffy Alphabet in white to add on the group photo "party crew" and the wonderful pinkish Annie Puffy Alphabet to add the word "yum" on the picture with the muffins.
On the right side I’ve used two 4x6 inch pictures from the sweet candy table. On the picture on the top I’ve added the cute Annie die cut speech bubble and added with the Confetti letters "Candy Table" on it. I also added the yellow label and the pink "Happy" ticket on this picture. On the 4x6 picture on the bottom I’ve glued the blue washi strip on the top and added the Annie cake die cut with the number 6 from the Confetti Puffy Alphabet in hot pink. I also added the two speech bubble labels in pink and light pink on the picture and glued Jenny word stickers on them.
On the forth double page I used only two Annie die cuts to add them on the 4x6 inch paper above. On the right side I’ve used one 3x4 inch card in white and three Annie journaling cards: the pink Library Card, the white card with label and the card with three different patterns. I added a sequin shaker pocket on the top with the label card. I added the word "Crafting" in two lines with the cute and colorful Confetti Puffy Alphabet on the label. Then I filled in some of the wonderful Annie sequins.
I added on the other side a picture for my next chapter of my project life theme and then I’ve stitched with my sewing machine over the border on the top to close this pocket. I glued a picture on the white 3x4 inch card and added the mint label with a Kate Word Sticker under it. I’ve used the Tori stamp set to stamp "Growing Up" under the picture, because every year I can feel the development of the girls when we craft together. So amazing! I also added the yellow Annie Washi Strip on the bottom edge of the card.
On the pink card I also added a picture and added the white photo corners from the Annie collection in two corners. I used the Jenny Stamp Set to stamp "Memories in the making" under it. The pretty Annie journaling card with the three patterns didn´t need much and so I only added one slim and long picture with a mini wide paper clip in mint on it.
I hope you like my birthday pocket pages with the adorable Annie Collection and I could inspire you to use this collection also for some pocket pages in your albums.
Thank you for stopping by today.
xx Ulli
