There are few color combinations I love more in this world than pink and gold.... That's probably why this months kit is my favorite kit of all time. I'm completely smitten over the collection of papers, stamps and embellishments. In fact, every time I sat down to work on this Midori style mini book, I became completely giddy!
Those gold dipped letters, that gorgeous stamp, the adorable little candy hearts!!! I'm seriously in LOVE!!!!
The cover of this little mini album is made using water color paper, it's so thick and pretty and I just love being able to add a splash of pink water color wherever I want!
This travelers notebook style mini album was was super easy to make! I just took a long piece of water color paper and folded it in half. Then I used a needle to poke holes near the top and bottom of the middle crease. When you add a piece of elastic string through the holes and tie in a knot, it becomes super fun to add different pages, or envelopes or whatever you like!
this months kit also has a stitching template, which I used to make that fun pink heart! Adding a bunch of those Maggie Holmes stickers, added the perfect touch!
One of the reasons I love mini albums is because it's easy to add photos that take up a lot of space without having to print large pictures! That picture there is only a 4x4!
I really am obsessed with the embellishments in this collection! They're absolutely fabulous and I could use them over and over again forevermore!
those cork hearts are such a fun embellishment! I loved using them here to make a border below my photo!
Then there's those cute little envelopes that made the perfect addition to my travelers notebook style mini album!
I taped some vellum to the inside of the folder so I could write a little note later
