Hello FJ fans,
I hope you are having a great week and you are excited for the upcoming weekend. I have some pocket page inspiration for you today. Back in summer I put together a grid layout (my favourite kind of layout since I am able to fit lots of photos there) that was shared on Instagram. I still have photos from that trip I wanted to use so I created a pocket page. I like it when I have in my album a big layout and a pocket page from one event (day) that match.
Here is the layout. I used the super new scallop stencil, big title and die cuts. So much fun!
The Ginny collection has bright colours and it is very cheerful. Perfect for our fun trip to a big park! 
There is one paper I love the most - the one with all the labels! So great to fussy cut those out and decorate your project! For the pocket page I mainly used 6x6 paper and journaling cards. I especially loved the "happy day" card and to decorate it I went for the cute epoxy heart and stamped the date. At the end I stitched around the card. Such a small thing and it makes such a difference, don't you think?
Recently I really enjoy playing with the journaling cards and decorating them (I think it is thanks to the fact that I don't do pocket scrapbooking that often these days and it feels very special when I finally put together something for my 9x12 album). Here I embellished the photo with a tag from the die cut shapes, little epoxy heart, fussy cut out label and a phrase sticker from the Emily collection. 
To embellish this photo I went for the layered star, MIDI clip in a beautiful peony colour, label and a sticker from the Emily kit. 
I also used the beautiful layered vellum and cardstock stars from the Ginny kit and I did lots of stamping - such a rare thing for me but the stamp set is brilliant to be used for titles. I especially like the circle with "good life". It is very easy to cut out and makes such a great embellishment!
It is so much fun to mix the different FJ kits and get out some older material that actually NEVER goes old! Thank you for being here with me today and have a lovely weekend!
