Today I am sharing a project using the Aspen collection. I decided to make a couple of MemoryDex® cards that feature a couple of different techniques for adding lots of texture.
For the base, I started with 4 x 3.75” pieces of patterned paper and used a MemoryDex® punch to cut out the holes.
For one card, I added a fringe cut to several journaling cards and layered them on top of each other. I embellished the card with a cluster at the top using items from the sticker sheet, chipboard bits, and chipboard hearts.
For the other card, I rolled up strips of patterned paper and layered them on top of each other. I was able to feature lots of different patterns this way! I embellished the card using stickers, die cuts, and chipboard hearts.
