Ulli here with you today with my latest scrapbooking layout - a 12x12 fall page. I’ve used the super pretty Rebekah collection for it and I love all the autumn colors and the cute motifs. Did you catch your Rebekah collection already?
When I saw the wonderful solid paper in mustard from the Rebekah collection I knew I would use it with some photos from an autumn day in October 2017. We made a family trip to a deer park and I have wonderful pictures from this day. And they match perfectly to the mustard color from the Rebekah collection.
First I cut the wonderful Autumn cut file with the leaves and branches with my cutting machine. I’ve used the amazing Felicity Jane Essentials white cardstock for it. It has the perfect white color and the paper thickness to use it as background paper and to use it with the cutting machine. Then I backed the cut file with the solid paper from the Rebekah collection in mustard yellow. If you know my scrapbooking style you know that I really love white backgrounds. But sometimes its nice to break out from the routine and use patterned paper for it.This time I wanted to use the Floral and Dash patterned paper. I also wanted to use the yellow paper stripe on the bottom on the Dash paper and so I cut a part from the top from this paper to have 12x12 inch page.
I punched a little hole at the "T“ from the word Autumn and fixed two of these super cute little rubber charm tags with some twine in dark grey on it. Then I glued my photos under the top of the cut file. I added one of these adorable mini wide paper clips in mustard on one picture.
I glued the cut file on the paper. But only a little bit to have the possibility to glue some embellishments under it too. Then I had the idea to make some pretty die cuts with white cardstock, black ink and the wonderful Rebekah stamp set. I stamped some flowers, branches and leaves on white cardstock and fussy cut them. Then I glued the flowers, branches and leaves behind and besides the photos and on the left and right border of the cut file. I decorated the page with some of the wonderful die cut shapes from the Rebekah collection. The flowers are so beautiful and the leopard tab is so super cute. I also used some of the cute Shay Puffy word stickers to decorate the big cute file with it. Then I’ve used the gold puffy word "Love“ to finish my title. I stamped the date with the Felicity Jane Roller Date stamp under it.
To finish off my page I splattered some black ink across the page. And I used some of the little white hearts from the Rebekah Puffy Alphabet and some of the Zoey Puffy Shapes to add some little eye catchers here and there.
