Hi crafty friends! I am excited to be documenting with you today using the gorgeous Kayla collection. I used the Summer-themed collection to record my daughter's first day of Summer Camp.
Starting with the 12x12 paper pack, I used the multi-colored lined paper for my background. Then, I cut 3x3 inch diamond shapes from the soft, blue patterned paper. I stacked and adhered the diamond shapes vertically on the left of my page with foam tape to give them a dimensional look. I couldn’t resist adding fussy cut florals from the 12x12 inch floral patterned paper throughout my layered diamonds.
Next, I used a Kayla Cardstock Photo Frame for my photo cluster on top of my layered diamonds. The Kayla chipboard pieces and die cuts were also used to embellish my cluster.
To create balance in my layout, I added a smaller cluster to the top right of my page with a half square and fussy-cut floral.
I had the most fun using the Kayla Vellum Alpha Stickers, About Time Stamp Set, and Kayla Stamp Set to make my title and add phrases throughout my layout. I love how the different sizes and fonts added interest to my page.
Thanks so much for creating with me today! I hope you are feeling inspired to have as much fun as I did with Kayla!
