December Joy Album | Leigh Ann Odynski

December Joy Album | Leigh Ann Odynski

Hello friends. Leigh here, with my December Joy album using the Joy kit, and the Plaid Joy album. Black and white are my thing, so the Joy kit is perfect for this neutral loving gal! I am sharing my completed pages for December so far.

The title page of my album uses the soft blush color as a backdrop for one of the transparency pages from the Joy kit. I attached a doily, and a few small embellishments along with the year, on the page behind the transparency.

The intro pages are next. The left page has the embossed dot glassine envelope from the kit, a tag, and chipboard circle. I can add my December goals list to the pocket. Photos of the people in my family, and two of the pets were cooperative enough for a photo. I chose most of the patterns in black and white, and punched circles from previous kits that coordinated

Day one is housed in the back side of the 2x2 pocket page, and I used some teal accents from the Heidi Kit to coordinate with my photos. A teal star on the right side 3x8 page helps to connect both sides for Day One. I printed my journaling on a 3x6 size card stock since my handwritten page was too big. The punched star also acts as a page tab, on the right side.

We tried to make the most of the day, even though we were at the doctor by 7am. Real life photos of our day, and the journaling to accompany it. I like the star paper from the Felicity Jane essentials paper pack, and the sticker sheet has versatile sentiments. It is so fun to add little bits and embellishments in these tiny pockets!

Watch it come together in my process video!

Leigh
