Hi everyone! Mandy back with you today to share a traveler's notebook spread that I created using the super lovely 'London' kit!
I'm using this traveler's notebook insert to document all of the little things that my youngest daughter and I do together during the week. Having two slightly older children, I know that this time when they are little flies by so quickly, and I don't want to forget any of these little 'everyday things'.
How seriously pretty are the colours in the 'London' kit?! The combination of the yellows, pinks and teals teamed up with pops of black and white is just divine!
I absolutely love the chipboard shapes in this kit and I really wanted them to be a feature on this spread. I added the 'happy' chipboard word as well as a few of the triangles to the left hand side of the spread. I like that they add a bit of dimension to the page, without being too bulky.
Behind my photo I created some pretty layers using a couple of journaling cards from the cut apart sheet, a strip of the washi tape, and the super cute black and white striped chipboard frame. I also added another chipboard piece that says 'amazing' on the bottom left hand corner of the photo. I love creating lots of layers and dimension on my pages!
The stamp set is another one of my favourite things from the 'London' kit! The 'everyday things' stamp was the perfect phrase for this page, and I can see myself using that one a lot! I also stamped '#yes' three times in the top right hand corner. I finished the page off by adhering one of the branding strips across the bottom of the page. I love that it has tabs with the days of the week across it!
I hope that you're loving creating with the 'London' kit as much as I am, and if you're yet to purchase this kit, you must go and check it out in the shop... You won't be disappointed!
Thanks so much for joining me on the blog today!
