Family Layout with Process Video | Sheree Forcier

Hi everyone!

I’m excited to bring you a layout featuring the beautiful Rebekah Kit here on the blog today. This kit is full of cosy autumn vibes and I’m loving it!!!

I chose the lovely woodgrain paper as the border of my design.  A 10 x 10 inch piece of white cardstock was added to the centre and I machine stitched around the edge. Then it was time to add all the pretty pieces!

At the top of the page I added two vellum hearts with a Shay Kit puffy word sticker.

Behind the photos I’ve used some of the dash paper and two woodgrain tags that I cut with the Shay Tag Builder Metal Dies. I machine stitched around the edge of each tag and along the dash paper to add texture. The tags were placed together to look like one long tag and twine was added to the one on the left. Floral die cuts were layered together at the bottom of the photos and one of the rubber tiny tags was attached to a mini wide paper clip using twine then added to the right.

For the title I used one of the gorgeous gold foil puffy title stickers and the journaling strips were adhered underneath. I machine stitched along each strip for more texture.

The date was stamped onto a Jill Kit die cut using the FJ Roller Date Stamp and to finish off the page I adhered a thin strip of the bold strip paper across the bottom. I love the pop of colour it adds to the page! Stitching was added to that too.
