Hey there crafty pals! I’m so excited to be back on the blog today sharing these pocket pages I created with the Reagan kit.
I usually like to drift away from the journaling cards in the kits and make my own with the patterned papers. But this month was totally different. I was so drawn to the journaling cards and couldn’t wait to get them into my pocket pages!
First I chose my cards, then I embellished with various things from the collection - chipboard alphas, die cuts, etc.
Of course, I had to add a little of my writing, some splatters, and stamping. It wouldn’t be one of my layouts if I didn’t, right? haha. I love the way the gold splatters pop against the gorgeous florals and soft colors!
One of my favorite cards in this layout I created with the Reagan Stamp Set. I love the way the repeated stamps just fall off the page. This “Fun” card completed the layout and was the perfect way to describe the day I was documenting!
I had so much fun creating this layout! I hope it gave you some inspiration for your next project!
I’ll be back soon for more project inspiration and a look at how I create using the digital collections from FJ! Talk soon!
