Welcome back to the Felicity Jane blog. Today I am sharing a layout that I created for a friend and her daughter. I started with the gorgeous Autumn kit and that stunning check pattern paper that I used as my background.I adore the soft pink and lime colour scheme which creates a classic look. I took some white cardstock from my stash and then one of the solid pattern papers in soft pick to create my background. I then layered the check pattern paper over the top and stitched around the edge of the pattern paper.
I created a kind of banner across the middle of my layout by layering some of the die cut pieces, journaling cards and photo across the centre of my page. I added the Grateful title on a vertical axis to blend in with the banner.
I added some pop dots to the little die cut Autumn girl and then layered her next to my photo. I love the subtle texture that is created.
To complete my layout I added her initial with some of the gold dipped foam letters.Pretty colours pretty layers create a pretty layout.
