Hello Felicity Jane friends!
This is Anna and I'm thrilled to be the December guest designer! I love all Felicity Jane products and it has been a huge pleasure to create projects using the Noel kit. It's really gorgeous and every single item is so inspiring.
Today I want to share with you this mini album. If you are not a December Daily person, maybe it will inspire you. It can be used for documenting the highlights of your Christmas or you can make it as a present for someone very special.
Every page is bigger than the previous one, so, even when the mini album is closed, you can see all the paper patterns on the edges. For my cover I used one of the 3" x 4" journaling cards, the "Christmas" puffy sticker and a big red bow. The base of the mini album is cardboard lined with the "winter and trees" paper to which I added black metallic corners.
I hung one of the numbers on the ring, but instead of using it as a day number, I used it to mark the year. The second page is made with vellum and the stamp was heat embossed in white.
The flair chipboards were very useful to embellish my pages too. I also made a cute little embellishment with a tiny tag and one of the jingle bells.
I love flowers, so I fussy cut this poinsettia from the "poinsettia and dot" paper to use it as a die cut. This page is made with the first strip of paper from the paper pack, the one where you can see all the patterns. I also made a machine stitching to add more texture to the page.
In this page I made a flap that closes with a magnet, so this way I can place two photos on the same page, because both are from our Christmas tree.
