Hello Goobers! Layout | Victoria Calvin

Hello everyone! I’m back with my first layout using the gorgeous Heidi Kit. This kit is perfect for fall scrapbooking – lots of rich colors and floral accents. Felicity Jane knocks it out of the park every month!

Upon first look, I fell in love with the Floral and Chevron pattern paper and the exclusive journaling tags and pockets. I knew that I wanted to build a focal point using those elements.

First, I layered my photo to the left of the black and white pocket. To the pocket, I inserted a journaling tag and accented the tag with a Felicity Jane tag enforcer and black and white twine from my stash. Next, I created the title using the die cut word “Hello” and the Zoey font stickers to spell the word “goobers”.

Using the floral die cuts, I created three clusters around the photo layer.

I finished the layout by adding die cut arrows, which provide a lot of direction on this layout, and a bit of journaling.

Sometimes if feels good to make a layout that is filled with interesting accents and patterns.
