Hey lovelies, Evelyn here with you this Monday and I want to share this new scrapbooking layout that I created using the awesome Felicity Jane Emeline kit.
On the left side of my layout I used the blue scallop border I cut out from the paper in the kit. I love having the scallops instead of the straight end of the cardstock. Sometimes I like to try different things and I love how this turned out. And I added another scallop border on the other side of my layout as a layering piece.
I had this 3x12 inch piece from the wood grain paper as a leftover from my last layout and I didn't want to waste it because this paper is one of my favorites from the Emeline kit - such a warm color and versatile in use. So it became the main element on this layout with just a bit of layering.
I used one of the gorgeous yellow florals that I fussy cut as a layering piece for my photo together with the heart die cut label. The green color of the leaves matches perfectly with the color of the gras in my photo. And I love using enamel dots that they are only sticking out a bit behing the paper. Do you spot the one behind the leave?
I hope you enjoyed my inspiration. Happy crafting with your Felicity Jane Emeline kit! Xoxo
