"Hello Summer" Layout | Karlla Dauer

Hello Felicity Jane Friends,

Karlla here to share a new project with you.

For this layout, I've put together things I love to work with. Overlapped papers, with beautiful details made with fringe scissors, cards with various photos and layers of embellishments.



For the base of the layout, I chose to use a paper overlap, making fringes on the tips, leaving a blank background part to add a striped detail of the sample paper that comes in the paper pack.



I love bringing black as details for colorful works. I think it's a beautiful balance. I used the Krystal Collection alphabet for the title.



I used three beautiful photos from this summer. I used the Journaling Cards for the base of the photos.

I used eyelets to pass the twine through and make the effect of the flags.

I love floral paper. I used some cutouts of the flowers to bring more prominence at the top of the layout.

To finish, I added several details of embellishments of the beautiful "Kayla".
