Hi everyone!
I have a layout to share with you today using the gorgeous Elizabeth Kit!
I love the fun, summery feel of this kit...and the cute lemon charm and die cuts too! As soon as I saw them I thought about these photos we took of Madi trying out her first homemade lemonade. (It was delicious and she loved it!)
I chose the frame paper for the background as I loved the hand drawn frame around the edge of the page. I cut the yellow gingham paper diagonally for across the top of the page and tucked a strip of the tiny dots paper underneath the edge. I added stitching around the edge of the gingham piece, then stapled some twine across the diagonal edge and tied a bow on one end, letting the ends hang down the page.
The two photos were layered together into position, then I added the lemon and leaf die cuts, a charm word and heart to the bottom left of the first photo.
For the title I paired the Elizabeth Chipboard Alphabet Stickers with the Megan Puffy Alphas, then stamped “good vibes only” from the Elizabeth Stamp Set underneath. The lemon silicone charm and a little Megan puffy heart sticker were positioned to the right of the title.
I decided to add my journaling strips to the bottom right of the page. Two strips of patterned paper and one of the layered stickers were positioned underneath, then I added the cute chipboard lemonade glass, a silicone heart charm and a fussy cut lemon. I also added machine stitching to this area of the page as well.
You can see my process in the video below...
Thank you so much for joining me on the blog today! I look forward to seeing you here again soon!
Sheree :)
