Hello friends, and welcome to my second layout with the September 2017 Heidi Kit from FJ. I love the floral pattern so much, I wanted to highlight it as a feature on the page.

The title was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo, and is the first  thing you notice at the top of the page. "The Magnolia Journal" magazine cover was the inspiration for my layout. 

The stamping under the floral title, features the line image and the beautiful sentiment from this month's kit stamp. I stamped it in Versafine Onyx Black ink.

In the photo above, you can see the layers under the photo, and the little leafy bits used to soften the hard edges of all the rectangles. The pocket and tag hold more journaling.

The wood veneer hexagons and the die cut hexagons add a little bit of geometric shape to the layout, in juxtaposition with the florals on the page.
