Hello everyone, it’s Lindsey! No video today since the flu has attacked our family this week but I wanted to share some of these fun cards that I made using the Lindsey Kit. These cards are super simple and are a great way to use up any leftovers that you might have at the end of a kit!
The first card I created uses a buffalo plaid paper from the Hearts Etc. | 6x6 Paper Pack as the background and some of the Lindsey | Silicone Charms.
A piece of gold glitter washi from my stash, a strip of pink paper from the Lindsey | Paper Pack, and some stitching detail add an anchor for the “love with all my heart” sentiment.
The second card is probably the easiest and most minimal of the ones I created. This is a great way to use up some of the washi in your stash!
I simply layered the Lindsey | Buffalo Plaid Washi Tape and Lindsey | Floral Washi Tape and then stitched on a piece of Mini Pom Trim - Peach. I finished off the card with “love” die cut out of some black cardstock using the Lindsey | Die Set. (TIP: add some double sided adhesive to the back of your cardstock before die cutting to easily adhere this delicate die cut word.)
The final card was a little more time consuming but who doesn’t love a shaker card?! This shaker is filled with some red sequins from the Holly Kit, black beads, and I also used a confetti punch to punch out papers from the Lindsey | Paper Pack.
I love the added textures from the stitching detail around the shaker window and the vellum layered behind the die cut “love”. I don’t often use the girl die cuts but Lindsey made the perfect embellishment for this card!
