"Love Fall" Scrapbook Layout | Anna Blades

Hi FJ Friends!

Any fall lovers around here? Yes, me too. It's a magical season. The colors, the light... and of course, lay on the couch with my blanket. So for today's mix-it-Monday project, I put together some bits and pieces with autumn colors to create this layout.

First, I cut a 6 and a half inch strip from the Plaid & Tiny Floral paper and placed it in the upper half of the sheet. Just above it, I put the scallop border from the reddish solid color cardstock.

Let's go with the photo. I used one of the solid cardstocks from the Gabby Kit to mat my photo and glued a scallop die cut from the Taylor Kit below it. It has the same reddish tone and matches with the scallop on the top of the page. I also put one of Tori's die cuts that says "here's the story" overlapping my picture.

In the upper right corner, I glued a label sticker and three tiny chipboard hearts, all from the Gabby collection. And finally, I put an autumn teal miniwide paper clip with a mini tag hanging on it with white twine.

With my cutting machine and the Leaf Silhouettes cut file (you can find it in the Silhouette store), I cut a bunch of leaves from different patterned papers and mixed them with leaves die cuts from the Amber collection. Then, I placed them in the middle of the page, on the edge of the Plaid paper, raising some leaves with foam dots. I also bent the leaves to add more texture.

For my title, I mixed a lot of fonts. First, I cut the word "you" from the Gabby kit thank you card, and used it as a die cut. I wrote "love fall" with the beautiful Taylor gold foiled chipboard alphabet stickers. The tiny letters from the Gabby puffy alphabet stickers were perfect for the rest of my title. Below everything, I added a tag with the phrase "family time" from the Amanda stamp set with gold ink. At the bottom of the page, I glued one of the branding strips from one of the Amber collection papers. Finally, I scattered some epoxy dots from the Tori collection.

I loved so much creating this page, and it's really amazing how simple it is to mix all the collections!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. See you soon with more inspiration. Have a wonderful week!
