Hello FJ friends! Leigh here, to share a layout using the Alexis physical and digital kits. I was inspired by the hearts in the Alexis kit, and all the pretty patterns. One of the great things about combining the digital kit with the physical kit, is you can print multiples and feature one repeating shape on your layout. In this case, I featured 11 hearts on the layout.
I punched a square from every pattern in the kit, and folded over the top portion to show the "B" side as well. All the patterns are so lovely that I wanted to feature them all on one page. Eight pieces fit the length of the background, and I folded over the tops without measuring, so that each one would be a slightly different size.
You can print as many items as you want form the digital kit, so I printed eight of the half light and dark pink hearts. I adhered them all within the punched squares on a pop dot.
The photo has many layers under it. The bag from the kit, two 3x4 cards, grid stamping from the kit stamp set, and a bow tied from the felt ribbon in the kit. I added a few die cuts from physical kit to bring some of the heart shape to this area of the layout.
I love the fact that you have so many possibilities with the digital kit, and that you can print as many elements as you like, and then use them and print them again as needed.
How are you using your Alexis kit this month? Thank you for visiting today, and have fun, and keep crafting!

This is such a gorgeous layout! I love the fact that you mix the physical and the digital kit and I really like what you did with the patterned paper on the side! I might make something similiar, so lovely! Thanks for sharing!
