Hi everyone!
Are you loving the Jeana Kit as much as I am? The fresh greens and pretty floral are gorgeous! I couldn’t wait to start creating with this kit and it was perfect for scrapping these photos of Madison with her new pet praying mantis.
I chose a white cardstock background, then layered the diagonal stripe and polka dot strips down the right side and added the mustard scalloped edge from the solid colour paper. I printed some long journaling strips using my computer, adhered them down the side and added some machine stitching.
Next I used a variety of circle dies to cut my photos and a selection of patterned papers to different sizes and arranged them down the page. (The circles range in size from 1 inch to 3.75 inches.) I then used a paper piercer to make stitching holes around the outside edge of each circle and hand stitched each one.
I decided to go with the Reagan Chipboard Alphas for the title and curved them around the main photo, then it was time to embellish! The floral die cuts were positioned on each photo and I added the gorgeous mustard tassle bow and date tag too.
To finish the page I added a chipboard heart and curved some phrase stamps from the Jeana and Zoey stamp sets around three of the circles.
