Hello FJ friends,
Jana here today with yet more inspiration from the ever so beautiful Megan kit. I have a confession to make. It was not completely love at first sight .. I am not really a butterfly girl, however I soon fell in love with the kit when creating my projects and now I am in situation when I just can't /won't stop making more! A sure sign of such a brilliant material!
As for the layout. I decided to document my last pregnancy using those pretty chipboard numbers from the Zoey kit (do you remember them?). First I layered all down but then changed my mind and made my own numbers tracing the chipboards and cutting them out from Megan papers. This way it matches nicely with the rest of the embellishments plus I got to save the numbers for some other time. Yay!
This is probably my busiest layout ever! I don't think I have used so many pictures and embellishments on one page before. To be honest it was a bit of struggle for me to let go and just keep adding more decorations.
Not only did I use the die cut shapes. I also fussy cut those beautiful flowers from the flower paper.
And there it is. One pretty butterfly on my layout!
The Megan stamps have some really useful quotes. Here it pretty well documents my frustration of getting bigger and bigger. But I was happy for sure!
Nine beautiful months worth documenting.
Have you ever put together a very busy layout? Something that was a bit different from your usual style? I can't wait to see more projects from you all using this pretty Megan kit.
