The season of Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on all the good things we have in our lives. This month in my Note to Self list book, I decided to reflect on some of the things that I am grateful for. I could make an entire notebook just on this subject alone!
I used a combination of this month's Mila kit and leftovers from the London kit. They are the perfect combination of gold and muted (Mila) with a pop of yellow and blue (London) with a bit of flowery goodness.
On the left side, I chose a family photo since most of my journaling centers around these two. A few tags and labels keep the design simple and highlight the photo. The yellow and floral patterns at the bottom combine both the left and right sides of the design.
The right side is all about the words! I set this up in Photoshop Elements and printed right on the Note to Self filler page. The text is embellished with a few stamped sentiments up at the top and in the center. A nice punch of color was added with the Bold Numbers Stamp Set.
The title is bold and was created with the beautiful rose gold alpha stickers in the Mila kit. Just behind the title, you'll notice a very subtle pattern of stamped florals. This was created with the Mila stamp set and very light gray ink. It adds a nice soft pattern without taking away from the boldness of the title and patterned papers.
I love how these pages turned out - meaningful and beautiful! I'm excited to continue creating pages in my Note to Self binder.
