Hi everyone!
It's Sheree and today we have our November Sketch challenge to share with you. We hope you enjoyed our October sketch and we loved seeing what you created! It's always so fun to see how different each person's project turns out!
Creative team member Lindsey Lanning has come up with a fantastic new sketch for us to play with this month...
Here's Lindsey with the beautiful layout she created with her sketch...
I've never created a scrapbooking sketch before but have often used them for inspiration and I now have even more appreciation for the talent that goes into them! As soon as I saw the frames in the Harper Collection, I knew I wanted to create a layout that resembled a gallery wall (using blocks of paper to resemble molding on the wall). I don't often scrapbook more than one photo but I ended up with several from Veteran's Day since my dad came up to see my boys march in the parade, which worked perfect for this sketch. Rather than use the flowers from the Harper Die Cut Shapes, like I initially planned, I mixed in some stamped florals from the Jenny Stamp Set with the Harper Felt Leaves. The leaves from the Harper Stamp Set helped add even more dimension to the clusters around the photos while also bringing in more of the black and white from the frames. I finished off the layout with a title using the Harper Alpha Stickers, a title sticker from the Rebekah Collection, and a phrase from the Harper Die Cut Shapes.

Next we have team member Ulrike Dold with her fabulous take on the sketch...
Hi FJ friends!
I really love it to create layouts with sketches and the November sketch from Lindsey is so pretty! I had so much fun while creating my layout for this challenge!
Because of my landscape format photos I decided to do a 12x12 page instead of a 8.5x11. I was inspired by the Ombre patterned paper and backed two floral pumpkin cut files with this paper. I decorated them with the wonderful Harper Die Cut flowers with Gold gliiter accents and the leaves I stamped with the cute Harper Stamp set. I added also the gorgeous felt leaves and the cute acorn die cuts on the pumpkins and stitched with my sewing machine over the paper stripes on the bottom and on the top of my layout. I hope you like my take on from this wonderful sketch!
xx, Ulli

Now we have team member Anne Keller with her gorgeous project...
Hey everyone, Anne here. My first thought, when I saw the sketch, was 'gallery'. I wanted to use the frames as my main focus and put everything around it. I love clusters, so I push all the elements a little bit together. Every frame got some kind of hanger to fix it and some bits and pieces to decorate them. With some black splatters I finished my page. Have fun creating your version!

Team Member Danielle Menage-Jensen also has a beautiful layout to share...
Danielle here, sharing my take on the sketch challenge using the total babe that is the Harper kit.
Lindsey excelled herself with this fabulous sketch and I’ve had real fun putting together so many different clusters to match the layout – it was a real treat.
I wanted to continue the gratitude challenge with this layout so chose my lovely husband as the focus. I created a gingham mini envelope to hold my secret journaling and layered vellum and the heart paper behind my photo of the two of us. I added those stunning gold alphas to a Harper journal card to spell out ‘thankful for you’ and I punched tonnes of tiny circle confetti out of the coloured papers to jazz up my cluster. Last but not least I added some fab die cuts – that ‘together’ is a real beaut and I popped some paint splashes and trimmed some branding strips for my border.
I hope you enjoy what I’ve created and I’m super excited to see what you put together using the sketch.

We also have team member Sandra Dietrich here to share her awesome take on the sketch. Instead of a layout she has thought outside the box and made some Christmas cards with the Noel Kit...so fun!
It’s me Sandra and I’m sharing three fancy Christmas cards that I created based on the November Sketch 2019. The November sketch is not only perfect for creating layouts, you can also use it to create cards or journaling pages.
I created three clusters on each card. And instead of using photos, I used die cut shapes, puffy stickers, and chipboard flairs from the Noel Christmas Kit to create three focal points on each card.
I used a variety of embellishments from Noel to add a playful feel onto the cards. I totally love the Mini Acrylic Star Confetti. I glued them onto my second card with glue dots.
On my third card, I combined some of the black asterisks from the Shay Collection Kit to go along with the embellishments from Noel. I think they work perfectly together.
I hope you like my Christmas card inspiration with the Noel Collection Kit. Have fun creating pretty projects with your beautiful Felicity Jane Kits.
Xoxo,
Sandra
