Do you know the gratitude journal?
The Gratitude Journal is a tool that helps us remember the good times we’ve lived and for which we are grateful. Achievements and blessings that helped us to know why we should remain hopeful and confident in ourselves. Sometimes we forget our qualities and put our mistakes in front of our successes. The gratitude journal helps us learn more about ourselves and to be more self-aware.
Today I'll show you how I used the lovely Emily collection and a Felicity Jane cut file to make a new TN Spread on my Felicity Jane’s Scalloped TN.
So, I decided to create a November goal on my gratitude journal with 9 goals, to help me to create the life I want for myself in November.
I started by die cutting the Hand Lettered month - November from Felicity Jane that you’ll find on silhouette store at number 311065.
On the left page of my spread, I trimmed a piece of Ledger & Chevron paper, added my goals and finished embellishing with a flower at the left top and an important reminder at the right bottom: “You are stronger than you think!”
On the right page I glued November and create “11. 21 and goals” with alphabet puffy stickers from Jill kit.
I wrote “goals” on the banner and glued it with some 3d foam adhesive on the center of November.
That’s all. I really enjoyed making this spread. I hope you’ve got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it!
