Good morning, lovely friends! I hope you all are enjoying our first tastes of fall, as I know I certainly am. I wanted to put together a little spread in my FJ Traveler’s Notebook to commemorate the month. I love doing this for each month, to remember important events and how I’m feeling about the changing seasons.
I began my TN spread by stitching on some of the amazing woodgrain patterned paper that came in the Rebekah kit. I next picked out an amazing 3x4 journaling card, that had “OCT” printed on it. I decided to fussy cut it out, so that I could have a nice big title on the left side of my spread.
After layering on my photo, I grabbed my ink pad and acrylic block, and put the amazing Rebekah stamp set to use. I used a color called “suntan” to match the rust colors in the collection for all my stamped florals.
The stamped florals make the perfect pop of dimension, and they also highlighted my alpha numbers too.
I really love the way this little spread turned out! I’d forgotten how fun it is to break open my TN notebook for a little easy fun!
