Hey friends, it’s Kathleen back with you again and today I have a really cute, fun and super easy to make mini album for you! All you need for the base of the album is one 12“x12“ sheet of patterned paper (or cardstock) and another small piece of patterned paper.
For my mini album I mainly used the beautiful Lola kit, but I also mixed in a few bits and pieces from some previous kits. And since the Lola kit is full of bright, summery colors and stunning florals, I decided to make my album about my love for flowers.
At the end of this blogpost you will find a short video where I will show you how you can create such a mini album and also a short flip-through of my finished album.
Since the pages of the album are rather small (3“x4“) and
Here’s a look at the inside pages of my mini album:
I kept the inside rather simple and only added one photo to each spread. For the other side of each spread I used embellishments, journaling cards or also a shaker pocket that I made using the packaging of the journaling cards and the adorable heart confetti from the Lola kit.
To add some journaling or text, I cut a few tags from the papers in the 6“x6“ Lola paper pack and the Lola journaling cards that I could then tuck inside the pockets.
In the video below I will first show you, how you can create a one-page-mini album yourself and then I will also share a quick flip-through of my album.
I hope you enjoyed this project and maybe feel inspired to try it out yourself! I would love to see what you create :) And if you have any questions, let me know in the comments below or over on the Youtube video.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
Xo, Kathleen
