Hello Dear FJ Fans,
I hope you are having a good Friday and you are excited about the upcoming weekend and hopefully there will be some crafty time for you! Friday is also all about our favourite products and along with the tags that I worked with in my previous post, I love the stamp set! Such a clever stamp if you want to document your everyday activities! Funnily enough there is not much stamping in my layout but I got totally inspired by the pie chart!
I was thinking about how to use the stamp to showcase my usual day and I wanted to create a layout. The stamp is a bit too small for a big layout (mine is 9x12 inch) so I had the idea to make my own pie chart from the pattern papers! At first I wanted to fill the parts with photos but it turned out quite tricky to fit them along the edges etc. The biggest chunk of the pie chart is devoted to my youngest one since we spend most of the day together (no kindergarten yet). I went for the most beautiful flower pattern paper (it is so good to do a girly layout from time to time) and chose two photos that picture our little adventures together. To create the cluster around the photos I used the Capri die cuts and puffy stickers.
The other parts of the chart are about family (the time with older kids in the afternoons), creating and some me time (I used the stamp phrase "reading" which alas is a pretty rare activity and gets the least attention in my day).
To add some more details I used the chipboard asterisks and some puffy stickers from the Amanda kit. Isn't it great how the kits coordinate so well?
Thank you so much for being here with me today and have a wonderful weekend.
