Hey Y'all...Happy Monday! Today I am sharing a layout that was inspired by the "Pie" word from the doodled patterned paper. I got to thinking about how I make pizza all the time and never have really scrapbooked the recipe. At first I thought about doing sort of a pie chart layout but in the end I went with more of a geometric look- still replicating the shape of a pizza slice.
Folding over the edges of the triangle gave it more of a "crust" look.
For the actual recipe, I used some older Felicity Jane Patterned Paper from my scraps and went for the tattered recipe card look. Did I suceed?
I love the little "Yum-EE!" with arrow word bit from that same doodled paper and I wanted to draw attention to the dough rising in the bowl...esp. since it was such a smaller object in my photo, I really wanted to point it out (pun intended!).
I finished off the layout with some of that gold Heidi Swapp Color Shine from a past kit. Can't go wrong with gold! Have y'all ever made a page with just a recipe?

I love this!! I am really digging out you used the triangles and broke up the photo at the bottom! Very cute!
Love this, Carol! xx
I thought you had used the b/w striped FJ box (as in “pizza” box, lol) for the recipe card! I did this page back in the day… https://flic.kr/p/h3gxNV
