It's Tina here! And today is a Mix-It Monday on the FJ blog so I want to share with you my new pocket page spread I created using the Tori kit with a few previous collections. As always it was fun and easy to mix papers and embellishments from different Felicity Jane kits.
For my spread I decided to use a 6x8 page protector on the left and a 3x4 page protector on the right. I started by trimming my favorite floral paper from the Tori kit to the size of 6.25 x 8.25" which also fits standard Big Shot cutting pads. So I made a circle window with faux stitching around it on the piece of floral paper and backed it with plain white cardstock. After that I added a title using alpha stickers from the Amanda kit and adhered a small puffy bow at the bottom of it.
Next I adhered a vellum pocket front on the 3x4 page protector and added a small die cut rose from the kit. After that I trimmed one of the Rebekah pattern papers to the size of 3x4 inches and embellished it with a die cut label and the chipboard piece "remember". I printed my journaling on a piece of white cardstock, adhered it onto the back of that 3x4 card and embellished it with a piece of Tori washi tape and a few puffy stickers.
I also decided to combine a lovely red gingham journaling card from the Tori kit with a tag from the Elizabeth kit. I added some journaling to the tag and embellished it with a mustard yellow reinforcer with a pebble grey cotton ribbon on the top and a puffy bow sticker at the bottom of it.
