Hi everyone!
Tina here on the blog today, and I am happy to share my first project using the gorgeous Rebekah kit. I couldn't resist the fall vibes of the collection and dived into creating a PSL inspired layout as soon as I received my kit.
At first I used a cutting machine to cut big letters "PSL" out of a beautiful rust paper and hand stitched around them with an off-white embroidery floss. As the background of the letters I adhered a floral 6x6 pattern paper.
After that I also cut a word "season" on my cutting machine and adhered it to the title using foam adhesive dots to add some dimension to the layout.
Once I had my title finished, I worked on my photo. I decided to use a black-and-white polka dot vellum pocket to mat the photo and to hide a card with my journaling.
Next I created a paper cluster out of strips of pattern paper and a tag I made using Shay tag builder set. I also added some foam dots between the layers for dimension.
I finished up my layout by adding Rebekah tiny rubber tag and die cuts here and there around the photo. And that's all. It was such a delight to work with this collection. I hope you will enjoy playing with your kit as much as I did!
Thanks so much for joining me today! I will look forward to see your wonderful creations with the Rebekah kit! Be sure to share your projects on the Felicity Jane group on Facebook or on Instagram using #felicityjane.
XO, Tina
