Hello FJ Friends!
It's Sheree here with a brand new sketch challenge for you. This month I've come up with a multi-photo design to play with which I hope you'll enjoy. Let's take a look...
I decided to use the sketch to document this cute little guy who's been visiting our backyard lately and the Emily Kit made it so easy to put together!
I followed the sketch design quite closely. I loved the gorgeous orange gingham paper for the background and the olive green solid colour paper was the perfect contrast for the border of my white cardstock section and other elements too.
I chose a neutral paper from the Annie Kit to go behind my photos and the green labels under the smaller photos at the bottom were cut from the Labels paper from the Ginny Kit. I chose a couple of phrases to stamp for my labels from the Mari Stamp Set and used my FJ Roller Date Stamp to add the date to the tab at the top of the page.
I printed my journaling onto Essentials White Cardstock then added a small piece of the scalloped edge from the solid colour paper and a die cut heart at the top.
For the flowers, I fussy cut them from the floral paper then layered them together on the page using foam adhesive under some to create dimension. I used the lovely alphabet stickers from the Taylor Kit for my title as I loved how the gold foil looked with the other colours in the layout.

I'm super excited to share with you what the Creative Team have created with this sketch. These ladies are seriously amazing and I'm so inspired by their projects! First up let's see the loveliness that Ulrike Dold has for us...
Hi creative girls!
As you know I love the sketches of my team mate Sheree so much and this sketch was so much fun to do! I used the gorgeous Annie Collection and I love how this collection looks when you use it with black and white pictures only.
I used the Annie Lemons & Stripes paper as my background and cut Essentials White Cardstock to 8 1/2 x 10 3/4 inches. Then I added it centered on the patterned paper. I fussy cut many of the wonderful pink roses with yellow flowers from the Annie Floral & Spots paper and also many of the small lemons of the Annie Lemons & Stripes paper.
I added the mint Mari Designer Tab on my big picture and added it on the top of my white cardstock. Then I added the small pictures under it. I added the flowers under and around my pictures and I began from the left side on the bottom and went over to the top of the right side.
I added my big title with the Confetti Puffy Alphabet and the sweet pinkish Annie Puffy Alphabet. I always used only one color from the confetti stickers for one word and this is so much fun. I also used the Ginny Alphabet in white. I love this quote and it was perfect for some travel pictures of our kids from 2 years ago. I miss travelling to tropical destinations so much!
Then I stamped the quote "Every Summer has a Story" from the Amanda Stamp Set on a pink Annie label sticker and the word "Fun" from the June Stamp Set on a mint label. I added them with 3 D dots under my small pictures. I stamped the month and year when the pictures were taken with the FJ Date Roller stamp on white cardstock, cut it to a small piece of paper and added it on the Designer tab on the big picture. I also stamped the word "Here" from the June stamp on white cardstock and added it on an Annie label from the die cuts and glued it on the left picture.
I made three lines between the pictures and handwrote my journaling there. I added the sweet small fussy cut lemons around my pictures too and I love the playful look of them. For some of them I also used 3 D Dots to add some dimension. At the end I splattered black ink across the page and glued some of the Julia epoxy dots in yellow, pink and mint on my 12x12 layout.
I hope you like my inspiration! Have fun with the sketch!
xx Ulli

Next up we have Kerstin Scheidler with her beautiful interpretation of the sketch...
Hello craft friends! Kerstin here and as you know I love the FJ sketches that Sheree always creates for us! This sketch with a large photo and the gorgeous Emily collection were perfect for my Autumn Vibes page. Felicity Jane's papers are always my favorites! Those colors and patterns - just gorgeous!
I used a photo of my favorite shoes in the leaves and placed it on the awesome half circle paper. I cut out the yellow half circle beforehand because I wanted to place it on my photo with my journaling.
Then I die cut the word "Vibes" from a solid color cardstock from the Emily collection and placed it below my photo and adhered the word Autumn on top with the cute Emily Puffy Alphabet. I die cut leaves from the chevron paper and because I had time I embroidered "leaf lines" on a quiet evening. I arranged these leaves on my layout. I glued the great flowers from the Emily Die Cut shapes to the left of the word "Vibes".
To the right of my photo I had paper scraps from an Emily project that you will see and I cut out flowers from them and arranged them as well. I love also the chipboard flairs!!! A few of them have made it back onto a layout of mine. And then I couldn't resist cutting apples out of the Apple paper and stapling them "double" together. Aren't these mini apples cute??
I love how this layout came together and am already looking forward to seeing your creations with this wonderful Emily September kit!!!
Kerstin xx

Tati Pereira has also put together a gorgeous little page for us to see...
I made my page an A4 layout and I reduced my photos of this moment of a comfy mood on a rainy day. I like how every picture is displayed on this page.
This is my wish comfort mood of a beautiful calm day!
I have used a mix of paper from the Hannah, Jeana and Sarah digital kits. I hope you like my version❤️

Our last share today is a fabulous layout by Jana Bennett. Here she is to tell us all about it...
Hello everyone,
Sketch challenge! Yay! And what a wonderful sketch from Sheree. As you can see, there is more than one photo so there was no way I would miss this sketch. The more photos, the better, right!
I had this beautiful memory from last autumn to be documented. Since the size of my layout is 6x8 inches, I didn't have much space for the bottom line of the photos (I didn't want the photos to be too small). Therefore there is not much journaling. I love how Sheree uses her frame around the layouts and I definitely wanted to do that with bright paper - the yellow one is so perfect! And also, as you can see, I went for a dotty background paper. I love the challenge, from time to time, not to use white for my background.
I hope you will give this sketch a try! I can't wait to see all the wonderful projects!
