Hello FJ Friends!
Do you ever create some tags? Sometimes you don’t have enough time or photos to make a mini album or a layout, but you want to craft and make some pretty stuff with your Felicity Jane goodies. Then, making tags is a creative and fun solution!
For today’s post, I’ve made three different tags in different shapes: rectangular, round and hexagonal, using the gorgeous Krystal kit from January.
The first tag is the rectangular one. For the base I used the Tuxedo Stripes & Wood paper, gluing it to a thicker cardstock to make the tag more resistant. On top of it, I put a piece of vellum, and then, one of the journaling cards. I stamped on this journaling card some leaves from the Krystal stamp set and wrote the word “home” with the Puffy Alphabet Stickers.
Then, I placed two of the die cut shapes on the right side, using foam dots to add more dimension. I also cut a little tag with the Shay Tag Builder Metal Die Set and stamped a phrase from the stamp set. Finally, I attached it with a piece of cord and a striped ribbon.
For the next tag, I cut out a circle from white cardstock. Then, I cut out a smaller one from the Tiny Florals & Hearts paper. I took advantage of the Krystal Kit Paper Pack packaging and cut out a little rectangle. Behind it, I placed two stems that I stamped and fussy cut.
And on top of it, I put a little bird from the Chipboard Bits and a tiny house from the Die Cut Shapes. I made a bow with a white ribbon, where I hung up one of the Gold Metal Charms. It looks so classy and beautiful, don’t you think?
For the last tag, I cut a hexagonal shape from the Swiss Dot & Plus paper, and then a smaller one from the Floral & Spots paper. I raised it with foam dots. Then, I layered this black die cut with a piece of vellum and put it on the tag also with foam dots.
I glued two hearts from the Wood Veneer Shapes. Finally, I tied two ribbons on top, with a black tassel from the Coco kit.
