She Creates Scrapbook Layout + Sketch | Victoria Calvin

Hello scrappers! This is Victoria and I am back with a scrapbook layout and a fun sketch. If you are looking for a fast and easy way to get your scrapbook layouts done, consider using a sketch! You can use the sketch as it is designed or mix it up based on your design aesthetic.

Give this sketch a try:

To begin, I cut three strips of patterned paper (Brooke "Drops and Stripes" and Alexis "Stripes and Spots") to serve as an anchor at the top and bottom of the layout. Next, I fussy cut six small frames from the Brie "Frames and Hearts" patterned paper to serve as a layering element under the photo. I mounted the photo on heavy white card stock and positioned it on top of the frames.

Under the layered frames, I added the title "She Creates" using the Henley Gold Foil Puffy Alphabet and the Reagan Chipboard Alphabet. To the bottom of the layout, I layered an additional frame and stamped the sentiment "everything about this" using the Sophie stamp set.

To finish the layout, I used the Brie Layering Butterflies to accent the small frames around the photo and on the frame at the bottom of the layout. Small yellow puffy dots from the Brooke kit were added to three of the layered butterflies for interest and dimension.

I hope you were inspired to use this sketch for your next scrapbook layout!

Thanks for stopping by!
