Silly Selfie Layout | Kathleen Graumüller

Hey there, it’s Kathleen here again with another layout using the beautiful Henley kit. And although it features a bunny, it isn’t Easter themed.

When I cut the bunny, I actually wanted to make an Easter-themed page, but when looking through my photos, I couldn’t find any that would fit. When I came across this selfie I took using a Snapchat filter, however, I thought it would work perfectly - and I really wanted to use this geometric bunny, haha ;)

I backed the cut file using some of the papers from the Henley Paper Pack and also added a frame around my white cardstock with two of the patterned papers.

When backing the cut file, I decided to leave some of the spaces empty because a) I didn’t want to overdo it and b) because I wanted to be able to nestle my photo into the cut file.

I kept the rest of the page relatively simple and added only some of the washi stickers and epoxy dots in a diagonal line around the bunny. For my title on the right side I used the Essentials Puffy Alphabet Stickers in white and aqua (both were included in the Alexis kit) because they fit the colour scheme of my layout perfectly.

Below my title I actually added some handwritten journaling - I know - shocking, right?! :D I’m not 100% happy with it (because I just don’t like my handwriting), but I had no other place to put the journaling and I also needed something to fill the white space on the right side of this page.

In the video below you can see how this layout came together and how it took some turns because I kept struggling with it! ;)

Supplies: Henley Kit | Henley Paper Pack | Henley Flexible Epoxy Dots | Henley Die Cut Shapes | Henley Washi Stickers | Alexis Stamp Set | Essentials Puffy Alphabet Stickers - White | Essentials Puffy Alphabet Stickers - Aqua | Reagan Stamp Set | Reagan Velvet Bows | Essentials Bitty Puffy Stickers

Hi Jessica,
thanks so much! I got the cutfile from the Silhouette store more than a year ago. Unfortunately, as it seems, it is no longer available – didn’t realise it when I made the layout. Very sorry about that!

I love this. Where did you get the geometric bunny cut file from? TIA
