Hi FJ friends!
I hope you enjoy summer as much as I do! I love the sunny and warm weather and I try to soak up every sun beam and make sweet summer memories with my family - despite Covid-19 and changed vacation plans.
Today I have a TN spread with the wonderful FJ Tori collection and I hope you like it! I had so much fun creating with this gorgeous new birthday collection and our pictures from the annual birthday photo shoot with our kids are just perfect for this super cute collection.
First I want to show you a picture of all the sweet FJ items which I’ve used for it. I decided to fill the wonderful Jenny TN insert and the white scalloped FJ TN cover is still my favorite. I knew I had to use the pretty floral paper and the big and colorful die cut alphas. Aren’t they cute!?
And here you can see the finished TN spread. I used a big 7.5 x 5 inch picture and cut it into 2 pieces to glue it nearly over the complete width of the TN insert.
I did some fussy cutting with the wonderful flowers of the Floral & Hearts paper and glued the first blooms under the picture on the bottom and the smaller one on the marginal boarder on the right side. As I decided before, I made the title with the wonderful and colorful Tori Die Cut Alphabet. The font is so nice and you can make super cute highlights on your projects with them. I glued them vertically on the left border of my picture.
I used the super cute yellow dotted Tori Washi Tape and placed it on the complete bottom of the TN spread. I love this wonderful mustard yellow color and the cute tiny dot pattern on it. I wanted to do a hidden journaling about our six years old girl so I used two of the wonderful Tori Journaling cards - the dotted one with the colored dots and the one with the word "details". I printed my journaling out and glued it on the "details" journaling card. Then I cut it smaller - to about 2 3/8 Inch. The other journaling card I’ve used as a pocket for the journaling and cut also a little bit of the height from it. I glued it with a very small adhesive tape (1/8 Inch) on 3 sides on the left side of my TN spread and left the top of it open, then I put the journaling inside.
I added some die cuts, a fussy cut flower and the cute pink puffy sticker with the heart on it. I love layering and with FJ supplies is it so much fun. The perfectly matching embellishments and papers in every kit makes it so easy to create wonderful and unique projects.
Finally I stamped the "Growing Up" stamp on the right side over the washi strip and the "Happy" circle stamp on the flower under my picture. The FJ roller date stamp I use in nearly every project. I love it so much and also this time I’ve used it to stamp the date of the birthday shoot besides the "Happy" stamp, then I glued the number 6 of the wonderful Tori Puffy Alphabet in mint over it.
I don’t like it when my TN books are getting too thick and so I decided not to use more embellishments. Here are some more detail shots for you.
What projects do you have planned with the wonderful Tori collection? I can’t wait to make the next project with this pretty collection and I think it will be a 12x12 layout. What projects do you have planned to make with it? I cant wait to see all your beautiful creations!
Until the next time.
