Hello Felicity Jane friends!
This is Anna and today I'm thrilled to be sharing my first project as a member of the Felicity Jane Creative Marketing Team!
We are living in uncertain times, so it was a big surprise to receive my Grace kit so fast. That made me so happy! Although we are confined, spring has arrived, and all these bits and papers fill the house with spring colors.
Today is Mix-it Monday, so I mixed Grace with Jeana papers. I think they look great together!
Mint, mustard, green, pastel pink... I love this soft and delicate palette!
I went for a vertical design using die-cut circles with little perforations on the edges, giving them a darling look. I raised some circles with foam dots to add more dimension to the page.
I fussy cut some pretty flowers from the Floral & Lines paper, and spread them between the circles.
One of my favorites of this kit are the Chipboard bits. They're just lovely! I used three with words (one for my subtitle), two hearts and two tiny circles with a black star and a black heart. And finally a polka dot heart from the puffy stickers.
Look at this one that says "love"! It's so cute! This cluster with the pink flowers and the mustard gingham heart is just adorable.
I built my main title with the die cut shapes. I placed them on the right side of the page, to balance the design. I raised the word "smile" with foam dots. I also glued a paper strip from the Jeana Kit at the right edge.
As you can see it's a very simple design. But as I always say, "less is more".
I hope you like it and I can't wait to read your comments!
Please, stay safe and try to enjoy these days with your families and also crafting!
See you soon!
Anna
