Hello sweet friends! I hope you're enjoying June so far! We've just released the newest kit, Summer, but there's still so much left of Willow that I thought I'd share another project I made using some die cuts and stamps.
This little page is for my traveler's notebook and documents a summer favorite that's back in season - grapefruit!
The photo displays a gorgeous coral like the color in the kits so I knew it would be perfect together! I used the coral color mostly but also pulled the yellow from the rind as a contrasting color. The happy die cut was a great fit on top of the photo so I let the descenders hang down over it. I liked the word happy so much that I decided to repeat it with the stamped words!
I hadn't used Willow herself yet and thought this would be a great place for her. I layered a few pieces of paper and washi with some die cuts to give an area for some journaling.
So there's a quick and easy TN page and a reminder to document even the mundane parts of life - they can be colorful and fun!
