Hello FJ friends,
It's Tina with you today! While spending too much time at home right now I caught myself reading and crafting more then usual. And that's why I decided to make a few bookmarks for my daughter and me to add some sunshine and joy to our reading time.
I started by making the upper pieces of my bookmarks using the Tag Builder cutting dies. After that I trimmed the pattern paper I chose to the width of those tag pieces and glued them together.
Next I chose a cardstock girl and a sentiment for each bookmark using my stash of the Felicity Jane die cut shapes. And as I wanted them to be spring themed I obviously needed some florals, which I also combined from different Felicity Jane Kits.
To finish my project I simply added some cotton ribbon at the top of each bookmark and used a stapler to fix them in place. I really enjoyed playing with different kits and it was easy and fun to combine them together.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Until next time!
