Hey Y’all! I hope your week is going well and that you are in the mood for some mixed media today. I had so much fun creating these tag cards to send off to friends in hopes of brightening their week and maybe it will inspire you to do the same.
I am by no means an expert at stamping + watercolors , but that doesn’t stop me from trying and enjoying the process of playing. Oh, and guess what? I filmed my process for y’all!!!
I absolutely loved adding the Tiny Tassels on some paper clips to give extra texture to these cards. Do you spy my nod to Felicity Jane with that black and white striped bag the Heidi Girl is carrying? Designing these was totally like a flashback to my childhood of paper dolls and fashion design kits.
I dug into my crafty stash and found the perfect yarn to add to these tags. Super love how the colors flow with the Heidi kit.
I don’t think there is a more perfect time than RIGHT NOW to send a note of encouragement to someone in your life…it only takes a few minutes but can make someones day a whole lot brighter. Even a simple quote and “I’m thinking about you” is sufficient!!! (okay. Motivational message over.)
I am loving all of the FJ projects being shared in the Facebook community and on Instagram…Keep making awesome stuff!
