Hello Felicity Jane friends!
How is your summer going? July has flown by at my house! I have a summer layout to share with you today using a grid design and the gorgeous Elizabeth kit!
I started my page by "swiping" 4 lines of gold texture paste across a white piece of card stock with a palette knife. Once that was dry, I played around with 2x2 squares of Elizabeth paper. I decided to use a mix of colourful pattern paper and the classic FJ black and white prints that we always get on the flip side of the paper!
I LOVE the Elizabeth Chipboard Shapes. The icons are super cute, and they were the perfect size for my grid squares. On the top row, I added the lemon and little mug of lemonade with my photo. The second row has some journaling, the cutest ice cream ever and a white square that I stamped with the Elizabeth Stamp Set.
Row three features the cute camera chipboard and two photos and then I finished off the fourth row with a sweet white flower and second ice cream chipboard with some more journaling.
For additional texture and details, I added crepe paper, Elizabeth Epoxy Stickers and little bits of paper and string. A grid layout is a fun way to tell a story with random photos from your summer memories! Thanks so much for joining me today!
